If inspection of these AMERICAN STANDARD products, within a period of warranty after purchasing, confirms that it is defective under normal use in materials or workmanship, GISMO will repair or, at its option, exchange the product for a similar modal

The Warranty doesn't cover the following

  • None any documentary evidences to show the period of warranty (Warranty Letter)
  • Defects or damages arising from installation, alteration, accidents, misuse or lack of proper maintenance
  • Consequential or incidental damage
